Dear new neighbor:
We would like to welcome you to your new home and to the Hillcrest Farm subdivision. We take pride in where we live and hope you will take an interest in joining the efforts that are continually underway to make our community a better place to live. Below you will find some information we hope will make your transition to Hillcrest Farm easier. If you did not receive a copy of the subdivision by-laws, declarations and restrictions when you purchased your home, please click this link to view these important documents.

Parks
The neighborhood contains two parks: Shelter Park located between Brownridge St & Marion St and Triangle Park located south of 47th Ter between Noble St and Millridge St.
Recycling & Trash
Trash and recyclables are picked up on Wednesday mornings. Trash should be at curbside by 7:00 a.m. Trash services are provided by Republic Services and fees are paid via HOA dues.
Dues
Annual HOA dues for Hillcrest Farm residents are $315.00 and must be paid by January 2 each year.

Schools
Hillcrest Farm is within the De Soto USD #232 School district. The neighborhood schools are Riverview Elementary, Mill Creek Middle School and Mill Valley High School.
Architectural Request Form
To maintain aesthetics of our neighborhood, residents must request approval to make any architectural or outdoor changes to property. Request must be submitted by resident and approved by the Board.
