HOA Dues

Annual HOA dues for Hillcrest Farm are $315.00 and must be paid by January 2 each year. You can now save a stamp and pay online! Here's how:

Visit the website to setup your account and pay annual dues online
Select Pay Now and Check "Agree to Terms and Conditions"
Enter your name, email address, phone number
Skip down to enter the following information: (do not enter in your address)
- Enter Management ID: 4030
- Enter Association ID: 1120
- Enter your property account number from your paper statement that was sent via mail
Your address should populate.
- Choose the way you want to pay
  - Checking Account (No Fee)
  - Credit Card (2.95% fee)
- Then finalize your payment

You also have the option to remit via mail as directed on the mailed statement.

HOA dues are used to pay for trash and recycling services within our neighborhood, which means that you do not need to arrange your own trash or recycling service. Presently, the HOA is under contract with Superior to pick up trash and recyclables from residents. Yard waste collection is also included in your annual assessment. Your dues are also used to maintain the common areas within the subdivision, like the parks and other such areas. The board hires and supervises a lawn care company to mow and maintain the common area. You dues are also used to support improvement projects within the neighborhood, like new play equipment and other structures within the common area.

LATE PAYMENTS

For payments more than 30 days late, a fee of $25.00 is imposed (see 1999 Amendment to the By-Laws). For payments more than 60 days late, an additional $25.00 late fee is imposed. If payment is more than 90 days late the by-laws authorize the HOA to impose a lien upon the property of the delinquent homeowner at an additional fine of $125.00. In addition, trash service may be discontinued for those who have yet to pay their dues.
